Alhamdulillah. On early December ago, I have settled with my internship. The processes are quite easy, no need to contact that office too much. And the answer from them is quite simple. That is Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri in Perak. And alhamdulillah, I have been placed in Pendidikan Islam Department. Maybe it is not really relay on my course now. But, I think it is quite enjoyable because not all people can apply on this Department. I am studying at Usim. So I think, there is a bonus for me.



But, yesterday... I got an email from Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) that I have been approved to do my internship there. Unbelievable. For this processes, I do not ever have any chances to talk to their HR. Maybe because of the networking is quite busy. Well, you know that they are a big company, right? :) How could I got their offer? I just think it that we called as rezeki :) A big company, have many branches... And I got their offer. But, frankly say, I feel a little bit scared all of sudden because I think there are a big company, have excellent people... So I think, can I do that?



So now, where should I go? Honestly, I do not care much about the allowances. Because both of them are not really far from my house. Plus, I am staying with my parents. So, insya Allah do not have any problem about that. Emmm...

It suppose to has a tutorial class for this evening. But, it was cancelled! Yeah! The subject is Strategic and Operation Management. The class time is so strategic and the lecture is cancelled as well. Again, it is very strategic. Thank you, Miss :)

And now, me and my beloved housemate, Nadia are waiting for the train to go to Terminal at Seremban. But, suddenly we saw other classmates here. They are Latifah and Hasina. They are waiting for the train to go to KL Sentral.



Really excited to go back home! Even it is about counting days to finish my degree, the homesick is still remains sick in my mind.

And now, alhamdulillah. Safely arrived. Waiting for my dad and my younger to pick up me and go back home :)

1) Supplier

2) Buyers

Based on what I have understood are:

1) There are many suppliers in oil and gas industries which are imported and from our country as well. Such as Petronas, BH Petrol, Caltex, Shell and so on.

2) But, the buyers are highly increase because too many vehicles on the road nowadays will using oil and gas. The vehicles are not only to the personal belongings. But, it also comes from the public transport.

3) For the new entrances, for me, it is still good because we will using oil and gas in our daily life. Such as to cook, to go shopping mall and so on. That is why if the price of oil and gas increase, it may affect to all other parties as well.

4) For the rivalry, people may use the other industry. Such as using solar energy for their vehicles.

5) There are several types for substitutes in oil and gas industries. People may cycled to go to the class, use charcoal to cook and others.

If I have to make a decision either to enter or not the oil and gas industry, I choose to enter because the demand is always increase and the probability for the price increase is high.

1) We have many company for coffee. Such as Wonda Coffee, Nescafe and Kopi Super.

2) There are too many buyers and have different taste of coffee.

3) Yes. Still many new entrants for this industry and have several types of coffee for the exist and new entrants. It is quite good.

4) The example for rivalry in this industry are tea, hot choc and banana milk shake.
5) The substitutes for this industry it could be the ice cream, ice blanded and soup.

The previous tutorial class, Miss asked us to do the case about Robin Hood. There are many strategics problems and we need to find the alternative to solve.

The most problem on article that make me really unsatisfied is the management problem.

This is because how could in the organizations do not have their own schedule ? How they do manage their organizations properly ?

For me, the alternatives are:
1) First of all, they should have their own motto, mission, vision that suitable to their subordinates.

2) Make an organization of department properly. So that, an organization can focus on the tasks given.

3) Have a good plan. Do not make a last minute dicision to the organizations. We need to analyze some criteria carefully. So, it takes time to make a decision.

Pssst: Sorry Miss if my english is "Broken English" :p

Before we make any plans, we need to analyze the strategic first. So, the may come out with excellent result. But, if we enter at any industries, we will face the other competitors as well. But, there are also have their advantages on that.

1) Access to natural resources, such as high grade ores or inexpensive power
2) Access to highly trained and skilled personnel human resources.

For the example:
1) Strong research and innovation
We can see with Samsung and Apple. There are very strong innovation on gadgets. Plus, there made by the countries that have a strong economics.

2) Brand popularity
Coca-Cola is the best example. It is because all over the world knows the Coca-Cola brand as a soft drinks.

3)Superior product/strong customer support
IKEA is a furniture store that is friendly made by customers. Means that they sell the products but the customers will decorate the products. They are also give the ideas how to decorate the products creatively.

4) Low pricing
As we can see, the nearest example is Air Asia. Really suitable with their tagline is 'Everyone Can Fly'. It shows that they are serving the best price to all customers.

5) Speed and time
For me, the best example on this, is Gdex. They make a very fast delivery. Then, friendly with customer and reasonable price. They ensure will send the delivery at home.

It is Online Forum for the first tutorial class. Miss asked us to write what our mission and vision. Then, how to get them *strategics, techniques.

What I have wrote there:

Mission: I want to get my own salary immediately after graduate.

Vision: To success in my life and here-after.

The strategics ?

For me, I don't like to force myself. I just do whatever I want. If  we force ourselves, the outcome is to be stress. But, if any opportunities come, just grab. Don't ever be too choosy and easy to give up. Maybe the opportunities are not very good for now. But, it might be the best for the long term.

Besides, don't forget who is our Creator. Always be grateful with what we have and pray. Don't ever get facilitate about Him and Islam. If we don't have any principles of life, that will the worst forever.

For the first week, I was introduced by Miss Ummi Salwa about this subject. Honestly, I thought this subject will be the killer subject because of the title is quite tough for me. Plus, I predicted that will conducted by the fierce lecturer. Sooo scary.



But, obviously, it is not. When I attend to her first class, it looks like, "waaah, Miss is understanding us so well". It is because, at our first class, miss did not continue to teach us. But, she managed her first activity in our lecturer. Good job miss ! You just did to attract us about your class :)

Ouh yes, Miss was asking us about what we expect toward this subject or something like that. Sorry Miss, I could not remember that question. My bad :( But, what I have answered was, I feel this is the tough subject *just because of the title* and I want to take the challenge.

And then, Miss was briefly explained about this course. What I have attracted about this course was the final marks is 40% and Miss was asking us to do blogs. I just smile when I saw the 'blog' word :)

So, for my final year, I am going to help myself to get any types of A for all subjects :)
